Initial Consultation & Follow-Up Care

 

You will not receive “off-the-rack” treatment, but a personally tailored therapeutic plan—grounded in bioidentical hormones, precise laboratory diagnostics, and many years of specialization in hormonal regulation.

 

Initial consultation: € 420 (1 hour)

This fee includes the following medical services:

• Advance intake: delivery of a detailed medical questionnaire and an individualized laboratory order prior to your scheduled appointment

• Thorough pre-review: careful evaluation of your completed (and signed) questionnaire and laboratory results before you attend the clinic (approx. 45 minutes)

• Comprehensive consultation: a dedicated, in-depth discussion; you receive approximately one hour of my undivided attention

• Evidence-based treatment plan: a tailored regimen with particular emphasis on bioidentical hormones, micronutrients, nutrition, and lifestyle

 

Follow-up appointments: € 200 (approx. 30 minutes)

These include review of clinical course and laboratory comparisons, assessment of your current symptom profile, and adjustment of therapy as needed.

Medications & Compounded Preparations:

The hormone medications I prescribe are most often custom compounded formulations prepared by specialized compounding pharmacies. These products are generally not covered by statutory health insurance and must be paid out of pocket by patients.

Please note that I operate a private, self-pay practice; there is no direct billing to public health insurers. You may submit my invoice to your statutory fund or private insurer—partial reimbursement may be possible, depending on your plan.

I kindly ask that only those patients book an appointment who agree with the process outlined above and the associated fees.

The individualized care and medical quality I stand for require time, expertise, and a high degree of precision—and this is reflected in my fees.

Courtesy & Respectful Conduct (Netiquette):

A friendly, respectful atmosphere in which all patients feel well cared for is especially important to me. I treat every patient with the utmost respect; my staff are likewise trained in interpersonal skills. We therefore expect the same in return.

Insults, aggressive behavior, disparagement, or disrespect toward my team will not be tolerated. In such cases, I reserve the right to terminate treatment immediately and decline further care.
